The size of the room was perfect. The front dest staff was friendly and helpful with questions.
They charged an overnight parking fee of $15.00. I felt I was blindsided with that extra fee.
Clean, professional staff, spacious, good location for using the metro into Washington DC.

Location near Metro station. Remodeled room.
Elevators were terrible. Required changing room because we were unable to reach the floor the initial room was on.
Many rooms overlook the inside atrium, almost like the inside cabin of a cruise ship. Ask for an outside room if you want natural light.

Internet access charge.
Metro station is just behind the hotel. You can leave your car at the hotel instead of paying parking fee at the metro station. Room is very clean.

i like the pool cus it was heated and and the over all hotel was beatiful.
I didnt like the beds they were wore out . No microwave /refrig. For that price and a Hilton I feel that should b included.
The staff was very helpful to our families. Very beautiful hotel and great location everytuing is close amd easy to find something to do. The pool is very spacious and warm. The family enjoy it. The beds didnt meet my expectation at all. The Quality of them were horrible. I kkow the warrenty ran out.

Nice staff at check in, overall very friendly. Large room and good bed. Good breakfast. Very handy to metro station.
No natural light in room, located beside lift so quite noisy. Very noisy aircon so had to leave it off at night. Internet not included in room rate.
Interior rooms (facing atrium) not so good. External ones might be better. Friendly staff. Very handy to Metro.

We had to pay to park, the ceiling in the bathroom was cracked open, and House keeping woke us up early in the morning and made a lot of noise in the hall and made it hard to get rest.

Do not like the soccer/lacross/hockey conferences at the hotel almost every weekend. Do not like the lack of functional elevators. Do not like strangers either banging on my guest room door, or trying to use their key in my room door during the night.
