check in was at 4..we got in our room at 7 ish...bathrooms were dirty.

It was on the beach in a good location
The room felt like a cheap efficiency apartment. There was no free airport shuttle as advertised and the company they referred us to for a decreased fee never answered their phone, either on arrival or departure. The front desk staff was rude.
This was not what we were expecting. It seems there were 2 different parts to the hotel. Supposedly the side we were staying in had been bought by new owners and they were in the process of remodelling. However, the main hallways smelled of mildew. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The room didn't have 2 beds as advertised, just one. We were not impressed.
