The price & location, nothing else.

Everything else.

The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were small & the toilet wouldn't flush half the time. Actually saw & plunger outside the room across from me. I will never take the chance of getting this hotel again. So, no more 3 star hotels around Disneyland again until they lower the rating of this hotel.

No hidden cost, parking was free. Next to everything. Staff very helpful. Check out at noon instead of 11am.

A little hard to find without gps.

Check in and out easy and fast. Large rooms. Clean and comfy. Beds a little on the small side,hard for two adults to sleep together. Pool was fine nothing out of the ordinary. Left two expensive rings and watch on counter and the manager went to my room and retrieved them and put them in the safe till I came back! My mom was looking for a banana and they did not have one on hand and the gift shop lady went all the way to a store and bought her one and did not even charged her. I would always stay here. Dirty room

This is by far the worst hotel room I've stayed in.
However, this time the room was so dirty. The sheets were dirty on both beds. There were stains on both beds that we did not realize until later in the evening before it was even worth it to change rooms anymore. We switched clean sheets from one bed to the other to be able to sleep on one bed. A very disgustingly big stain on one sheet that was very gross and I do not know how the maid did not see it while changing sheets. Also, a maid came to switch pillow cases a little bit after we checked in but there were already pillow cases on the pillow. Maybe what she was meant to change were the sheets! Very uncomfortable stay. Felt itchy when I woke up in the morning. Had to take a shower and another one when I got home. I hope they clean up there rooms! ...read more

They took care of clogged shower after my wife and child did not get to shower befor Disneyland.

They moved us when requested due to construction!

Food at restaurant was bland and we only ate there once! Hotel was not a three star hotel. Construction all around hotel! Not quiet for sleeping after a long day at Disneyland!

Didn't like too much of anything here.

Room was very filthy and staff failed to properly accommodate us.

This stay was just an overall horrible stay. Room was disgusting, bathroom was tarnished and old. Linen and towels were dingy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

What I liked about this hotel was it us close to many things.

I didn't like the construction going on around the hotel. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear both rooms next to you.
