Hotel is very accommodating. At first we were given a room that was not smoke free and it smelled awful. The front desk immediately rectified the situation and gave us another room that was smoke free. Staff were helpful and very polite. We would gladl

Great location with easy access to BTS, good restaurants and shopping. Wherever you go there are deals to be made with vendors and stalls.

Rooms newly decorated and very clean. I loved this hotel.
Fitness center needs renovation.

I highly recommend this hotel. it is worth for your every buck and even more.

It was clean, the staff was friendly, the location is in the heart of so many massage parlors as well as a 25 minute cab ride to the airport.
It's the not the hotels fault, but the cab driver who picked us up was just as crooked as the rest of the cab drivers in Thailand.

Expensive breakfast.

The hotel has an impressive Lobby. The room (2 queen) and the bathroom was quite small, no 4-Star standard. The beds were comfy, the desk, and the little Table in the room seemed to be old and refurbished. When I arrived, the room wasn't very well cleaned. There were several plastic bits on the floor, and a paper with a used chewing-gum next to a bed.
