I can't begin to brag enough about this hotel and the staff. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. I forgot about being in the central time zone and checked in early. My room wasn't ready so they upgraded me to a King suite, sweet! Super breakfast/free.
Absolutely nothing wrong.

Great new hotel, super friendly staff. Easily located. I would stay there anytime and recommmend it to anyone for any reason. There were businessmen there, golfers, families. It was quiet. Just can't say enough good things.

Food service was extremely poor. Pancakes took an exceptionally long time (20 min ) then when I cut into them, raw pancake batter poured from the centers! On top of that, wife's yogurt parfait was topped with a bad strawberry and stale granola...

Overall, a well-kept hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Only complaints would be the bad breakfast experience and having a room on the second floor directly over a ballroom where a party was going on until late in the evening (loud thumping bass for several hours...)

We bid this room and was so pleased with the space, the amenities, etc.
Nothing, our stay was perfect

Beautiful hotel, staff was attentive and professional. Room service was more than prompt. The room itself was well appointed, clean and attractive and the bed very comfortable. A nice touch was the fact they give you two firm and two soft pillows so you can choose what appeals to your comfort.

My king room was nicely decorated, very clean and all furnishings and linens appeared to be almost new. Everyone of the staff was most courteous, professional and could not have been more helpful. On my last night there, I brought up many shopping bags so

Centrally located to many restaurants from family type to the more upscale ones. Two minutes from the Galleria and a Wal-Mart is located nearby in the opposite direction(for the toothbrush that was left out of my luggage). I felt a total sense of safety there as the location is an upscale one that has very well lighted grounds at night. It is on a busy Pkwy, but is built high up on a hill, thus no traffic noise.I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay there the next time I am visiting my son when most of our family is also visiting. It is located very near the Interstate, and Montgomery Highway on Hwy 150 (John Hawkins Pkwy)which makes it a very convenient location for business travelers too I travel for business reasons often and if I had to conduct business in Bham, I would choose this hotel. ...read more

The Hotel Staff was friendly. I believe that I also met the daughters of the owners who were cleaning as the family might have just purchased the property in the last three months. They were very friendly, gracious and had good energy. My family will try to stay again.
