Great location but keep looking if you a want a better quality hotel

It worked for what I needed. I just needed a spot to sleep with a good breakfast.

Great location - expensive intranet charges.

We arrived early and were able to have the hotel hold our bags while we went out for the day. The concierge was proactive in making sure that we knew where we were going and if we had any questions. Check-in was smooth and breakfast was great! Our room was 526. It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was not too firm or soft. The best part about the hotel is that the lobby is not misleading to the room experience. The hotel, from the lobby to our room were clean, modern, and very nicely appointed. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure that we had a great experience. The Holiday Inn Bloomsbury was the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay here again when visiting London as the hotel was great and it is in a very good location. 10-15 minutes by tube from Paddington or downtown London.The best way to get here is by taking the tube. Take the Piccadilly line to Russell Square and take the lift. You can take the stairs but be forewarned, they are steep and spiral all the way up. As soon as you exit, walk straight towards Pret A Manger and go right around the corner. The hotel is one block straight on the right. Pret A Manger is right across the street if you need a quick bite or free wifi as is Tesco for any quick groceries. ...read more

This great hotel located on one of the best places in London. it had anything you need. not much luxury or romantic. but very functional gives exactly what you need for.
