Holiday Inn Boise Airport

I missed the continental breakfast but the room was very clean and comfortable and we would like it especially for a longer stay.

All I can say about this hotel is that it is better than any 5 star hotel, with the exemption of The Plaza or Waldorf Astoria, that I have had the opportunity to stay at. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Boise. I am wondering if all Holiday Inns are this good or is it just the Boise Airport Hotel.

First morning got woken up by a fire alarm going off. Called the front desk to see if we needed to be concerned, she just laughed and said that someone at the breakfast bar burned toast. Was not funny to me, and scared my granddaughter. Last night of our stay, after a very long and emotional time spent with my brother, who is in final stages of cancer, all I wanted to do was to take a long bath and go to bed. Got up to my room, the door keys would not work. Went down stairs to find out what the problem was. Was told that since they had a full house on Thursday they just did all of the keys for two days. Again, "Sorry about that." Went back up to the room only to find that it had not been cleaned. Called down to the desk and asked what happened. She said that we must have left the donot desturb sing on the door. We did not! As my husband was walking out the door that morning the maid ask if we were leaving, he told her in a few minutes and that it would be alright for her to come into the room. No sign was on the door. Again I got "sorry about that". Since they did not have maid service that late at night there was not much she could do. I asked her to bring clean bathroom linens and coffee and tea for the next morning. When she came up she looked around and said " I guess that they didn't clean the room. She handed me the towels, didn't bother to put them in the bathroom, took the pile of wet towels and left. Got ready for a bath, no bathmat. Is that not part of the bathroom linens? In the morning when I was checking out, I was asked how everything was. I gave her a brief recap of our stay and was told "sorry about that", and that I could write a complaint to the head office. Great place if you have to leave early for the airport. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Comfy bed.

The hotel was outstanding! Both the pool and the spa were well kept and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were spacious and had many amenities too. Breakfast was not included. The hotel did have a buffet but cost over $10 per person. We would recommend you plan to eat off site. our stay was wonderful. Very clean, modern, helpful staff, warm indoor pool, nice hot tub, good stay all the way around.

Very close to the airport (short ride back and forth); fast check-in, very helpful staff, everything was extremely clean and up-to-date. Nice lobby and decor. Our room was great; large and comfortable. Very pleased with everything.

Overall the room was definitely worth the money. I would stay here again.
