The room was adequate enough for our needs. It wasn't anything special. The waiter in the hotel restaurant was very helpful as were the people at the front desk.

We are in the Chicago area a few times a year but have never stayed at this location.Hotel is located in an upscale secure area, convenient to business, shopping, and restaurants. Free parking. Though interior design is a bit outdated the overall atmosphere was pleasant and very clean. Room was large with adequate accommodations. The Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Even though we were located next to the elevator we did not hear a peep. Elevators were fast and Check In/Check Out went very smooth. ...

If your staying just for business it will work for you. When I walked into my room I was overwhelmed by the over use of air-freshener! Almost made me sick! The pillows are terrible the bed was okay, staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. The Mexican food place next-door is very good!

Overall the room was clean and had the amenities for comfortable travel. Wifi was not very fast which hampered my ability to work from the room, but otherwise it was a decent place to stay.

The rooms were adequate, I would not pay more than $75 per night. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bar area was very small but the bartender was nice. The restaurant staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and would keep me from ever returning to this hotel.
