The bed, shower, and TV were all nice and in good working order. The staff was efficient and check-in and out were both easy. No big issues during my stay.
Besides the beds and TV pretty much nothing else has been renovated for 30 years or so it seemed like. Hallways were in very bad shape. The bathrooms looked pretty bad if you looking in the corners near the ceiling and floor. Carpet was very worn also.

Comfortable room with balcony, beautiful interior courtyard with pool, bar, gazebo. One of the nicest places we've stayed and at a great price! Staff was very helpful.
Nothing! Everything was wonderful!
Many years ago we used to hold weekly events at this hotel, which was nice then, but is much nicer now. Definitely the nicest Holiday Inn that we ever stayed in. Gorgeous interior courtyard with walking paths from rooms going around the pool, bar, gazebo area. Lobby area nice and open, staff extremely helpful and very pleasant. Location is just off Rt. 495, not far from Rt. 2, 290 & Mass. Turnpike and within 45 minutes of Boston. ...read more

Hotel was absolutely beautiful! Love the indoor patio overlooking the pool area.
Not much in the immediate area.
Great hotel, we would definitely stay there again. We even considered extending our stay by a night. Clean, well kept rooms. Staff was very friendly.

I've stayed at this hotel for several weeks now, and the quality appears to be declining. Rooms are not cleaned sufficiently (this morning I found potato chips swept under the bed). Treadmill in fitness room switched off without warning while I was on it!

All Staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very good service and the food was good.
The room location was not the best. No elevator, And I had a long walk up to the 3rd floor with my bags. I was sweaty by the time I got to my room.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Location worked great for us directly off the highway.
Free continental breakfast would have been nice.

liked the fact that our room's sliding door opened up to a small patio near enough to the pool so we could drink our coffee and watch our grandson swimming in the pool.
Our room was a bit outdated. Bathroom needed new caulking.
For the price we paid, it exceeded our expectations by a lot.

It was clean, not sure what else to say cause it was pretty basic.
A bunch of snow melted during the day and completely soaked the parking lot and so when night came and the temperature dropped it was impossibly slippery. I fell getting out of my car, I was ok but it should've been salted before to prevent freezing.
Don't go here in the winter, the parking lot will be a mess and the road to the hotel from the main road was a mess too. You figure in this day and age they would've had a liability like that covered. Everything else was fine except the hotel staff never asked me if I was happy about my stay when checking out so I forgot to tell them about the parking lot the night before and how I fell. It is a place I'd go back to when there is less chance for ice. ...read more

Looks like there has been zero maintenance to this hotel since it was built. Late 80s at best.
