Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Casa Grande

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We spent a week here as snowbirds. The pool area was great; the breakfast buffet was excellent; room was large, convenient to elevator/ice, and it was quiet. Appreciated the free newspaper. Restaurant sandwiches great. Overall, an excellent experience.
Hotel experience was great. I was disappointed with Priceline, however, because the fees added appreciably to my cost. Why can't you discount the fees for an extended stay??? Next time I'll book direct and skip Priceline. KJN

Hidden gem in a town not noted for its scenery or tourism.

Rooms are very clean and friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet is good but it never changes. After a 10 day stay it started to get little boring.

Overall I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and this is and will be my next choice when I return.

Nothing really stands out.
The internet service was unbelievably slow, almost like the old dial up. Nothing improved it, in fact it was so bad I was tempted to just check out and get a different hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel for business purposes and the internet is a vital tool to your success avoid this hotel like the plague.

The room had a microwave, refrigerator and was centrally located.
My daughter had an allergic reaction to the detergent/bleach used to wash the pillow cases and woke up with her face completely inflammed and her eyes swollen shut. It was horrible and we were in town for her to attend her boyfriend's Prom that night.

The hotel is centrally located. Parking was free, as well as wireless internet. There was complimentary breakfast, a microwave and refrigerator in the room, as well as a pool (that was not clean) and a jacuzzi. The downside of our stay is that the hotel uses a very strong (probably commercial grade) detergent/bleach on the bedding and my daughter had a severe allergic reation to the pillow cases which ruined our entire weekend. We were in town for her to attend her boyfriend's Prom and her face was completely inflammed and her eyes were swollen shut from sleeping on the pillow cases. Needless to say, it ruined the Prom for her :( ...read more
