Great staff and perfect location....
The room was not as clean as I expected. Room looked like the maid rushed in cleaning, pillows were not were they needed to be....the tie belts were sloppy placed on the side.....

this was a good hotel to stay....even with the construction going on....the room was comfortable.

Debit card was charged $100 hold ABOVE room cost"for miscellaneous items". There were no items for sale in the room. Takes 5-7 days to be returned. This wasn't mentioned until I was checking in! Could have made for a tough trip for a family on a budget.

Only stayed one night. Very Clean. Very comfortable night sleep. Didn't like the UNEXPECTED $100 hold on the debit card above room cost in these tight times. Maybe this is normal practice but no mention of it until you are at the counter. I'm a non smoker so its not a smoke damage issue. Maybe its a Priceline customer fee? I don't know. Maybe I was profiled as a towel thief? I would stay there again. I would just budget for the "Misc items fee" next time. This is why 7 out of 10. Tell people in advance! ...read more

Price/value in all aspects.
Pool was closed. Dining room and bar was moved to a first floor guest room. All this was due to remodeling and construction. But price made up for it.

Good value but under construction ib May 10.

realize renovations, so front door has some construction but truly doesn't interfere with stay, weekly hotel around corner has "interesting guests". check out public walk around lake with swans, paddle boat rental and outdoor seafood eating and more!Very affordable! 2 min away, ask front desk:) Rooms complete! Lovely! PRICELINE $ AMAZING!!

Great staff! They tried their best to overcome the sad state of the property.
The building was undergoing renovation and smelled like an old pair of sneakers except for one elevator that smelled like vomit.

Do not accept a room at this hotel until their renovations are complete.

Helpful staff, nice room - decent sized and clean.
Construction ongoing, but not really inconvenient.

I was skeptical that this was a three-star hotel after reading some reviews but I concluded that it definitely warrants the rating.
