Couple
Hotel stay would have been much better if the cleaning staff hadn't thrown out a number of my personal items including my pair of glasses, a book, all of my personal flight information, travel pillow, toiletries and more. On top of that the hotel staff then refused to believe that my room had been cleaned and claimed that I had misplaced all these items. It was not until someone called the head of housekeeping that they discovered indeed my room had been cleaned and the housekeeper thought I had already checked out and had thrown all my personal items in the garbage. Hotel then offered nothing in return even after arguing with me at the beginning that they in fact were not at fault. Finally they agreed to give me a free breakfast, big deal. Glasses alone were worth over $200. The hotel building was very nice; however, could not believe the staff would accuse me of losing all my things. ...
