Great customer service.

Maid service & pillows.

Very friendly desk clerks -- took care of a room problem very fast. The maids leave a lot to be desired, as does the restaurant ($10 for the same breakfast you get free at most other hotels). Also, the pillows are the worst I've had in 20 years of traveling -- including those in military 'hotels'. The lobby and indoor pool area were very aesthetic, as were the grounds.

The beds and the bedding were very comfortable --The breakfast service was good.

It had a musty smell - not necessarily pool smell -- requests to do SOMETHING about a LOUD TV were not handled -- no sleep until 6am.

One of the best places we've ever stayed, staff exceptional!

Not a thing.

This hotel is the best value and has the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Room was clean and ready. We love the beds...even the hide-a-bed was extremely comfortable.

Quiet and clean

Nice, clean, quiet hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. We had a room on the 5th floor and it was quiet. There is an indoor pool and I imagine that rooms by the pool would be noisy.
