The room was clean, but looked dated. For example, the wall light switches are all grimely...why not replace them? It's the first thing you see when you enter a room.

Like far to many Holiday Inns, this one was "tired". Carpets were somewhat worn (though I've seen worse) leaving an impression of not being totally clean. I appreciated the fact that most of the TV channels were really High Definition - as opposed to many hotels that have new (HD capable) flat screen TVs, but only have Standard Definition channels - and WORSE, distort (stretch) the picture to fill the screen! ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
Hotel was dated, dirty and loud (club off of lobby with loud music/guests) - long hallways to get to amenities (pool). One of the elevators was in poor working order. Staff was not friendly, or efficient at check-in. Location was best thing going for this hotel, as it was right off of I-70 and near the airport. I travel extensively and would not recommend or return to this hotel. ...

It is an older hotel in need of up dating. I can not stay in a smoking room as I have allergies to smoke. I did not like the double room, but that was the only choice for non-smoking room.

Hotel was in an convenient area. The room was clean. The whole place appeared to need up dating or remodeling. The halls and public areas needed cleaning. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Family Traveling with Young Children
This hotel was run down and dirty. Not what I expect from a Holiday Inn. The bathroom had mold in it and water leaking. I was also disappointed that they didn't offer a complimentary breakfast like other Holiday Inn's we have stayed in. We won't be staying here again!
