The staff was very nice. Personable. Greeted me for check in & out. The beds was more comfortable than what I expected
The room had sort of a foot odor. Like corn chips. Carpets was dirty. Did not match decor.

The cost is what impressed me. The hotels in the Capital was too expensive. This was hotel is not as costly & still close enough to the Capital The decor was nice. It has a Pub right inside for drinks & hot wings or a burger. The pool & the exercise room are also appealing. Me & my family are already planning our return trip.

The front staff was helpful but unenthusiastic, and the carpet in the hotel room was sticky and left black residue on my feet.

The location was great the rooms are dingy and not up to the level of 3 stars
I thought the room needs refurbishing. The TV is small and cheap and cannot be viewed from the soft chair.

If you are looking for two star lodging, this is it. Access, egress and parking is excellant. The cafe serves a fair drink for the money and the food is average. Laundry facilities are in an isolated area and security in that location crosses the users mind.

The hotel has a very spacious lobby.
Without its proximity to Dulles Airport, this hotel and the others nearby would have no reason to exist.

It's a fine business travelers' hotel with a spacious lobby, appropriately sized rooms, a friendly staff and decent amenities. It is otherwise unremarkable.
