Location was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
No advanced warning was given that breakfast room was under construction and loud equipment was being used. Hotel did not have my reservation when we arrived. Had not received reservation from Priceline although I received Priceline confirmation.

The hotel was nice. Breakfast was just ok. Since Hotel had not received my reservation from Priceline before I arrived, I was not happy with the Priceline reservation experience. Fortunately there was a room available. However, that room was next to rowdy college kids that carried on very loudly from 2:30-4:00 am Easter morning out in the hallway and in their room which backed up to ours. Within walking distance to downtown and the Peace Center, very convenient! The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of choices--not a complete buffet, but you won't leave hungry either.

The location is the calling card for this hotel--rooms are clean and a good size. We were going to an event at the Peace Center so enjoyed the walk there. And of course there is no end to restaurants on the way! We love downtown Greenville!!

The location, the room was large and clean, the breakfast room and breakfast were good.
The pool was not open during the hours stated and the ice machine was two floors down.

We thought the location was very good, the lobby was nice, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

The close proximity to downtown and the cleanliness. Also I was able to a get early check in.

First off I was able to get an early check-in, which really helped me out. We chose this location because of the downtown location.

All was good with hotel accept construction going on from 8-5 both days. Had lots of signs apologizing, but did not go out of there way to make it up in any way to us.

Free parking in Downtown.
Room needed a little updating. Room didn't have enough lighting.

We chose this hotel for the free parking and it included a free breakfast available. We were greeted with a smile and were told that it was a good thing we arrived early because 5 people reserved the same type of room we reserved and that they only had 2 available. We were very happy with our selection for the location. The only complaints we could come up with would be that the room could have used a little updating and some more lighting in the main area and bath.
