Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Boston
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.January 6, 2013

Room was well appointed and in good repair. Clean , fashionable, and serviceable hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. Shuttle, breakfast, and amenities exceeded expectations. Best value for the money. Better than some hotels w/ more stars. Will stay there again.

We have been frequent users of this hotel. Its location is perfect and very close to downtown Boston. Room rates are very reasonable. We do save money though its offering of free breakfast, free internet, and free parking. The staff has been just perfect and very friendly. Its location which is a walking distance to the nearby mall and a variety of restaurants is a great plus.

Room was clean and comfy. Nice large desk with office chair for getting work done. Mini fridge and microwave were really handy for keeping and re-heating leftovers from eating out. Flat panel TV with comcast was a nice touch though I didn't have time to enjoy it on this trip. The free breakfast was disappointing. Bagels were stale, pancake machine was broken, and the scrambled eggs were watery. ...

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful! The ladies that were at the front desk (day and night) were very knowledgeable about the area and knew right were to send us for dinner and the historic places that fit our interest.
