Helpful staff.
Had a handicapped room. Strong smell of urine in bath.

Great location. Friendly staff. My sister had a separate room and she said it was very clean and just fine.

I did like that this hotel had hard boiled eggs and skim milk options for breakfast.

The hotel is older and in need of renovation. There was no fitness equipment for workouts and no mini fridge or microwave in the room. I would rate this hotel a 1.5-2 star.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine, actually better than I thought they would be. Pleasantly pleased-will stay there again in future visits to the area.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was included and was great!
Matress was not very comfortable

This was a good stay for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants within walking distance were good for quick dinner. Hotel breakfast was great! Area is safe and easily accessable from I40.

The front staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. Rooms were very clean and easy access to inter net.
The morning breakfast had the same cheese omlet each morning. Need some variety.

I enjoyed my stay. 2nd stay at the location. Will continue to book the hotel when in the area. Easy access to locations I needed to travel.

The location was great.
The mattress was extremely old and needed to be replaced. Had to request another room.

The hotel room had a small problem with little bugs that we had to kill.

It was in a prime location for events we were in for.
The beds were horrific and the bathrooms were very small.

I would not recommend this hotel for the fact that the beds were so uncomfortable, as well as the sheets were old and worn. The bathrooms were so small, no room to move (not big people). Also no pool! The only thing it has going for it was the location.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was better than expected, and it was walking distance from another restaurant, & located right off the freeway.
My room initially did not have a ironing board.

This hotel was perfect for my convention stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good for being complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly manager & receptionist, clean & cool room.
Housekeeping pitching dirty laundry on floor outside rooms.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express!
My room was a smoking room, but was clean and smell was not too dreadful, though there was a light scent of cigarette scent in room. The manager and receptionist did their best to make that I was well-taken care of!
