Solo Traveler
This hotel exceeded my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express by a long shot. It was the nicest HIE I have ever stayed at, with clean public areas and a large comfortable guest room.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that the shower would not maintain a consistent temperature and would always flux between hot and cold (even with the hot water turned completely on). Also was not in the best neighborhood (drake university), but never had any problems.

I was very much satisfied with this hotel and would stay there again. It was very clean and comfortable. They have a hot breakfast buffet that looked fantastic, but didn't get a chance to try it.
