AC was extremely noisy.
The staff was courteous. The breakfast buffet was adequate for a quickly, nothing outstanding. The room furnishings and the bathroom need updating. The
AC fan was extremely loud and the other room that another family member stayed was hot and couldn't be regulated (it read 65*, but was much warmer) and the fan was loud enough to keep you up.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast facility is a real plus. The only down side was the fact that I reserved a smoking room and when I checked in, I was told that one was not available.

Business Traveler
It does not compare to the Four Seasons and Spa, but it is a high level business hotel. I enjoyed the 24 hour lounge with coffee and I could work there anytime except breakfast with little or no bother. My family came to visit me in the lounge and we all felt at ease with the wide screen TV, chairs and fireplace.
