Good breakfast. Modern and clean.
I didn't get the room I requested. I requested a room with 2 queen beds and instead got a room with 1 king bed.
Staff was a bit rude and did not take blame for any problems. It was always somebody's fault for any issue.

They charged me on the way out after pre-purchased. Still dealing with straightening that up.
The hotel was fine. BUT they double billed me, which is very annoying.

the hotel is so clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good even we ate in the lobby corner. It was well organized and well presented. Self service corner with varity choice.
I was waiting 10 minutes in the reception without anyone to help since they were in the office somewhere until the phone rang, then they showed up.
The hotel is new and clean. Staffs are nice and friendly.

We thought that it was well decorated. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh. There was a no smoking policy too.
There was something wrong with the electrical circuits because every time we turned on the microwave, the tv and the alarm clock would go out
We really liked staying at this hotel. We would stay again. The only downfall about our stay was that there were unruly teenagers staying on our floor making all sorts of noises.

The parking lot was well light. The young man who greeted us was nice.
The room was not clean. There was a small used towel hanging over the shower rod, there were splatter stains on the inside of the bathroom door that appeared to be easily wiped clean. There was a stain on the headboard.
My only issue was cleanliness. Staff was fine. Location fine. Parking was easy and lot was well lighted. I did not pay that much less than regular suggested pricing for this hotel and so it wasn't much of a deal. If it had been cleaner, then I would have been satisfied.

I can not give a good recommendation from all the Holiday Inns I have stayed in throughout US.
The employees of this hotel were not a happy group. The room was not cleaned, nor beds made after our first night. there. It was very disappointing.
I would not recommend this hotel. The staff seemed very unhappy and our room was not cleaned during our stay. Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. It was clean and fairly new, but a definite disappointment.

Hot water kept coming through the cold water faucet. Unable to take a shower. Unresolved
