The pool hours were great. Breakfast was great as well.
The night staff was more policy driven than customer service driven. I was not impressed with the night desk woman's communication style with us or the other guests I saw her interact with. A business is only as good as the staff that represents it.

They have chosen to reduce the number of cable channels offered by about a third of what they used to offer. Way below what you would expect for 2 1/2 stars.
Way below standards of what you would expect for a 2 1/2 star Holiday Inn Express. Bathrooms are old, bedding is old.

the room was nice, clean, in good shape. the great room had a large tv, lots of tables for breakfast and the breakfast was great. staff friendly. I would return and recommend this hotel.

It is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the highway and shopping. It would be fun for the kids, hot tub, pool, arcade etc. The breakfast was good and the facility was clean. Two thumbs up from me
