Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel And Suites Brattleboro
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Family Traveling with Young Children
The rooms were a good size for family travel. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, when I brought this to the attention( as did 2 other groups) of the front desk they eventually made their way to the pool to check it out, looked but did not fix anything and did not call the maintenance. The indoor pool and hot tub were the main reason we choose this hotel. The next morning the hot tub was still not working I went back to the front desk and told them, no one knew anything about there being a problem, the maintenance man was right there and knew nothing about it! He immediately went back with me and fixed the problem- too bad the front desk hadn't notified him before. No apology from the front desk. The most kind and helpful person there was the maintenance guy. Unfortunately we never got to use the hot tub because even though he was able to find and fix the problem as soon as he was notified it was not heated up by the time we checked out. ...

overall holiday inn express is a hotel we can depend on. it is clean and updated. the clientele is good too. although we didn't have time to use the pool it is a nice feature, esp for kids. the breakfast is good enough for our family and saves us $$ while traveling. rarely do we stay in a hotel all day, usually just for sleeping and this is why the hotel served us perfectly. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
I prefer Holiday Inn Express when traveling as they have always had a pretty decent quality at a lower price. This hotel is priced too high for its state. I would say this hotel is about par for either an older Best Western or a older Motel 6.

I was very frustrated that I accidently left my Apple MAC computer charger in the wall and my electric toothbrush in the bathroom (without the charger). This is certainly my fault but in the past several years on two other rare occasions, other hotels housekeeping have been able to send me I gave them my credit card number to ship it) something I had left. I called twice within 24 hours and could not get anyone to help me. Even a courtesy call back to say that they looked in room 331 (on August 10), checked with whomever cleaned the room, and could not find it. This was the only night I stayed and I remember exactly where I left them. This fell short of my expectations....... ...
