very nice
tv was hard to get working, they did have instructions,

Hotel was in the City View area located next to malls and shopping, all kinds of restraunts.

Easy to find. Clean room. Great sleep!
The breakfast was not up to par. The make-your-own pancakes were not good! I much prefer the waffle station I've seen on other breakfast bars.

Road construction on I -20 made entering and exiting a little tricky.

Pillows are terrible; no refrigerator in room.

Such a nice place should get something better than foam rubber pillows. The Hyatt knows pillows. Check it out.

I have stayed in other Holiday Inn Express properties and like them a lot. This property seemed slightly older and a little less shiny than the others. Abby, the front desk clerk was superb, very helpful. The check out clerk was good too. As I recall, other Holiday Inn Express properties have refrigerators. This one did not, which was an inconvenience. The room was clean and roomy, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was top shelf, especially the cinnamon rolls. The breakfast attendant sat a tray of bacon on the trash can, which was unsanitary and a poor choice. She was also not as friendly as other breakfast attendants.
