The hotel was in a perfect location and staff was excellent.
We did not find a thing wrong with the hotel, it was great and I would recommend it to families.

The swimming pool water had too much clorox and we had red eyes from it..want it to be more mild.

Nice pool and hot tub.

This hotel is probably the nicest in Kanab. It is right in the heart of town so you can walk to a lot of things.

The hotel was clean and in a good location.
The hotel staff tried to put us in a handicap room. Two rooms with small children next to us partied until I called the office at 11:30 pm.

The hotel staff was not very friendly. The continental breakfast was not as good as we have had at other hotels. Two families traveling together, were very noisy in the room next to us. Their children ran up and down the halls until almost midnight. The room was very clean and the hotel a nice building. On another trip to Zion, I would give this hotel a second chance and stay there again.

We reserved at Holiday Inn express and were told it was overbooked and were transfered to Victorian Inn in Kanab.

The western decor in this hotel was beautiful. The pool was great for me to exercise and I could see great for children also to play on leveled steps.

So happy to find such a lovely place to stay in such a small town.

The location of this hotel is great, the service was excellent and the facilities were clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool while mom and dad relaxed in the hot tub. The free breakfast was delicious.
