excellent rooms. great staff. extremely clean. definitely going back.
overhead noises (footsteps) easily heard in room, but no voices, no other noises. otherwise very quiet.

This was an awesome hotel! Our room was beautiful, newly remodeled and had all the amenities we look for!
I tend to sleep in and wish breakfast was open a bit longer, like 10:30 a.m

This was a nice hotel! Easy to find off the highway, close to plenty of things to see and do too! We would return again no problem!

seemed to be redoing the rooms in more modern furniture and colours
had stayed there once before

average experience at hotel area is a summer resort place we travelled thru the very early spring cool weather so didnt experience the area

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
Nothing comes to mind.

The hotel was located close to the downtown area and was in a pleasant area. Not a lot of traffic or noise. The room was very clean and large.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The exercise eqipment does not face the television, so the only way to see the
TV was through the reflection in the mirror.

We enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious for our family of 5, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious room and the best shower head of any hotel chain!
Tiny wear holes in curtains, stains on shower curtain, odd smell in room.

Great location right off the interstate easy access to South Haven downtown, the hotel is clean & inviting upon entering and staff is helpful and friendly. Had friends on 2nd floor suite and we had king room on 3rd floor so we were able to experience all 3 floors - suite was adequate, noted it included a microwave (which our "regular" room did not as well as a love seat/sleeper. The love seat had seen better days, and sagged badly when sat upon. ...read more

Rooms were spacious.
Would have liked it closer to town.

The hotel was very adequate for our needs. I was there with my 2 grown up daughters celebrating my oldest's 40th birthday. We went out to eat.
