Helpful staff...except kitchen lady, not very welcoming.
Could hear people walking talking and more in rooms above and next doors and in corridor. Bed sheets had hairs from other people..but there were no stains or smell. We could hear if someone was taking shower.
Overall it was okay... Since we were not in hotel most of the time.

It's hard to find a hotel for such a reasonable price. I like how it's a little tucked away from downtown Traverse City. Great location. Nice staff, good pool...overall great experience.
The elevator seemed like it needed a tune up.

Fairly new facility, excellent breakfast bar, clean, staff was pleasant.Beds were excellent, it was quiet for a Friday and Sat. night.
It is kind of off the highway on a hill, not easy to see. The bathroom vanity top in our room was cracked and this caused the faucet to be loose. Should be fixed.
Not a highly visible place to find, but it is clean, spacious, good value for the rates. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

The hotel was about 5 miles from downtown traverse city. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast.

TV was not up to par. It would be nice to have pay for view movies available.
