We loved our stay here. We have two small children, ages 3 years and 11 months. They loved it. The pool was clean and fun, the breakfast was wonderful, we didn't get to use the exercise room, but it looked nice. Our room was clean, and very comfortable, the beds were wonderful. The staff was so helpful, they were friendly and made you feel right at home. Even had milk and cookies waiting for us. Safety was a big concern for me, I was worried being in a large city like Alb. but the hotel even had security that patrolled the parking lot 24 hours a day! This is a nice part of town, and we felt so safe. ...

I arrived at the hotel about 2 hours before check-in time, and the staff was very accommodating to my needs. The rooms were very large and clean. I was in a hurry to check out in the morning and didn't have time to stop for the breakfast buffet, and the front desk person offered to have something packed up for me. Very impressive!! This hotel was a great place to stay for how little I paid. I will return again when I am back in town. ...
