Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ashland
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 13, 2012

This hotel is a bit of a distance from downtown Ashland, but the quality and cleanliness made it worth a slightly further drive. I will stay here again soon.

This is definitely one of the nicer hotels in the Ashland area, but it's located about a 15-20 minute drive from the downtown area. The rooms are nice, clean reasonably priced; the staff is friendly (although room for improvement); parking is usually readily available close to the entrance; chocolate chips cookies are available by the door at check-in; and a decent buffet breakfast is served daily. The only improvements I might suggest are longer breakfast hours and a higher standard of hospitality at the front desk - a warm, friendly greeting can make all the difference in the world when you've driven a little further to get to this hotel instead of its nearby competitors.

I think the hotel was a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I can complain about is the smell in our room. If it didnt smell like smoke so bad I would have had a great time .
