Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Buffalo
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 23, 2013

After staying in a hotel a week earlier that was a dive, this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Nice clean rooms and a great price.

The hotel is very clean. All rooms are non-smoking. The staff at the lobby is very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were clean and spacious. Iron and board were provided. The complimentary breakfast was very good! Much better than on the average. Overall a great stay and a great hotel!

What a breath of fresh air! We did not expect much after several less that pleasurable experiences and were shocked by how well this place was managed!

This is a nice upscale looking hotel with comfy beds, nice rooms. Our room was not well cleaned (though it was on our first stay). There were dirt marks in the shower, dirty floors, and someone had left a hair pick teetering on the light fixture. Also, the room was 81 degrees and it took us a while to figure out the air conditioning, but that all worked out. The breakfast is standard horrible powdered eggs, thin bacon, old cereal with rock hard raisins. Coffee was really watery and stale, even though it was labeled as French Roast! So, looks great, but does reflect the price when you get down to it. ...
