It was ok

At 8:00 in the morning there was NO HOT water for a shower!!! How disappointing! Also..there was no courtesy coffee...?? The entry floor was dirty and needed sweeping

The staff was very helpful and quick to accommodate our needs. The rooms are large and plenty of room for our family, two kids who had their own tv in the front room.

The 3rd floor is smoking and no matter how much spray they may put in the room it still smells like smoke for a nonsmoker. The floors are very thin and you can hear the people above you walking around and anything they may drop on the floor.

This is an older hotel that appears to have been turned into a Holiday Inn Express. They have update however it is older and that is to be expected in a small town. The staff was very helpful and quick to take care of any needs. As with a Holiday Inn Express breakfast is always good, especially with kids.

OK but could have more variety.

I really had a wonderful experience at this hotel, the staff was friendly and not like they had to, the room was awesome and they kept it really clean. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was exceptional. Great with directions and the hotel was located in the central part of the city.

Absolutely nothing! Everything about this hotel was exceptional.

The hotel was located in the central part of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions as to where to eat and what attractions to see. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to stay in Chickasha for business or leisure.
