Too much chlorine in the pool .. Could smell it .. Had to throw away a bathing suit that was bleached out .. My grandson received a burning rash and couldn't get back in .. Hotel was great though .. Would stay again

Very clean, great free breakfast, staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable.
Pool was smaller.

The hotel looked brand new, room was very clean and spacious. I loved not being woke up early in the morning by others around us showering to get ready for the day. I couldn't even here the shower while I slept when my son showered in my room. Continental breakfast had a wide variety to choose from and everyone left stuffed.

Excellent decaf coffee at 10:00 pm, very clean, comfortable, safe, and friendly.
Desk clerk reading the internet and telling me about something ridiculous she was looking at.

Excellent family friendly hotel. Very nice rooms. Will stay again if ever in the area.

I liked the quiet atmosphere, the pool, having access to laundry facilities and breakfast because I travel with young children.
I did not like having the limited laundry facility (1 washer & 1 dryer) because other guests were removing my laundry so they could use the machines.

I liked staying in this hotel because I have small children and having a pool, laundry facilities and not having to leave the hotel for breakfast was really nice. The staff was very friendly. Having coffee available at all times in the front lobby was also nice.

The pool was only big enough for one family. One morning the breakfast was very disorganized and low. The room was very plain, nothing on the wall.

Management is less than helpful

People were double booked for rooms. Twice, people came into my room w/ keys and just opened the door to walk right in because the front desk double booked. Once at almost 11pm. If I hadn't been in the room at either time, my belongings could have been stolen. Management never responded to my complaints.
