Location, location, location. Plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment just a short stumble...er, walk away, the rear entrance leads to the Pinellas Trail, 10-15 minute drive to the beach, (Honeymoon Island Park). Would definitely stay here again!
Only minor complaint is that some of the carpeting in the hallways was torn. Could be a possible trip/fall hazard.

The staff were knowledgeable about the area and more than willing to offer tips on where to go, what to see and where to eat. Both the hotel and room were spotless. The included continental breakfast was above average. No real complaints at all. Even though the exterior of the building was being repainted during out visit, there was no disruption of service or inconvenience associated with the work other than certain areas of the parking lot were off limits. The location of the hotel to the center of town and the Pinellas trail was unbeatable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The beds could have been more comfortable.

If you plan to ride the Pinellas trail this is the place to stay. All of the restaurants and shops are a very short walking distance from the hotel. We didn't use our car all weekend. This hotel met all of our needs.

Beautiful town with a bike/walking path right behind the hotel! Five minute walk to town, great restaurants!
Extra Blankets would have been nice.

Easy to find and minutes from the St. Pete's airport. Relaxed up-scale hotel that has location.

Rooms were good size, clean and comfortable.
Pool closes at 10pm. For a vacation in Florida way too early.

Hotel is overall a good place to stay, clean, safe, nice location near the very small downtown area. It has a good staff, terrific breakfast and quaint environment. Only problem I see is that the price is too high; you can get a much higher quality hotel in Tampa, St. Pete or Clearwater for half the price.
