Staff at the kitchen were awesome
Staff at reception especially SHANIKA who was unfriendly and unconcerned.If I had to base my overall experience on her reception or lack of it..........I would not stay at this hotel again.
Dont rely on the GPS to get you there,its kind of a confusing adress.

Great location, smooth check-in, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast.
The front desk on Sat. morning was a joke. Better to have a smiling cut-out.
A short distance from Houston, but a world away. Very nice Holiday with clean rooms, comfortable.beds, and efficient check-in. Nice flat screen, good showers, and well-stocked bathrooms . Would recommend this property, and it looks to be one of the better choices in the area.

the hotel and rooms were clean
beds were not comfortable pool not as clean as should be ait conditikner in room not working properly
Hotel was okay....... not the highest quality not the lowest either. Price could be less for what you get. Breakfast was not much to be desired. I would prefer the Hampton Inn.
