The staff was very friendly at both checkin & checkout. Room and breakfast room were very clean and well kept. Common areas were very clean. Quick on and off the Ohio Turnpike - great location. A very pleasant experience and a very good Priceline rate

Close and easy access on and off Ohio Turnpike. Staff efficient and friendly. Don't forget the swim suit; pool area was inviting.

Staff here is very helpful and cheerful anytime of the day.
Sauna was not working, otherwise, no complaints.

Clean place with friendly staff, quiet rooms,a clean pool,and powerful jacuzzi.

I've stayed at this location previously due to its proximity to an associates home. It is very central to a number of customers and close to a major expressway.
When I arrived the room temperature was 74 degrees. To be fair, it was almost 62 degrees outside. I turned on the air conditioner which ran well into the night and only reduced the room temp to 69 degrees F. The room was finally comfortable for sleeping a

Location to activities, if with a family.

Overall it met my expectancy. The location is out of civilization, from what I found. But, it provided the quiet nature I was desperately needing.

Neither the jacuzzi nor the sauna worked this time. That was a disappointment.

The manager was polite and attentive upon check in, and they allowed us to check in early.
The gate of the dumpster hit our vehicle, causing a dent-the gate needs a safeguard regarding parking area.

The incident with the gate hitting our vehicle in the parking area took away from the overall rating of the hotel, which we have not heard back from management yet. Besides the phone not working, even after the front desk attempted to reset the phone, the hotel stay itself was good. Katy, the check-out clerk was more helpful and apologetic than the first front desk clerk I reported the vehicle incident to; her name was Star. ...read more
