The room was decent and the location was excellent, but the staff was not friendly.
There was a lot of kids running through the hotel all day and night. Also they were knocking on doors and running. I reported it to the front desk and they seemed bothered by the complaint and I was told there was nothing they could do.

The hotel had a good location.the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bed was a little too soft for my back and there was a broken tile in the bathroom, but all in all a nice place to stay.

Good location. Lots of restaurants nearby, if you're traveling with kids I highly recommend the magic time machine.the traffic can be a little intimidating if you're not used to it. Apparently there was a furry convention just down the street and we had to explain to our children why there were people wearing ears and tails everywhere.the mini-fridge came in handy. Maybe location.
Everything except the location.

The stay at the hotel was not comfortable and enjoyable. I will not go back to the hotel if I have a chance to visit the place. The hotel is not family-friendly. If you take a travel with a family, I recommend you to consider other hotels. There are lots of better hotels available on the Beltline. I don't want you to spoil your trip like me.
