Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dallas East

Friendly staff, breakfast was fresh and hot at every moment..the lady there was always there very accesible and willing to help guests using the waffle maker, friendly staff at check in and check out, quick process checkin in and out, room was very clean and comfty bed. Overall great experience and cheap price, definetely would come back and stay in this hotel.

It was a very nice looking hotel. Perfect for my family who needed a comfortable place to stay as we were passing through town.

Very nice, newer hotel. ProsThe rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful, nice pool and hot tub, breakfast was hot with a lot of selection including pancakes, sausage, and eggs as well as cereals, muffins, pastries, bananas and coffee, tea, juices and milk. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Walmart and a Sams located a little east of hotel and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes of the hotel. Not too far of a drive to Towne East Mall. Area seemed safe. Hotel accepts pets but didn't have a pet smell to it nor did I see any pets at the hotel. I'm allergic so that was a concern but I didn't have any problems or see regular pet damage on any of the room as I have seen at other hotels that accept pets. Very well kept up hotel. Close to downtown and nicer than other higher star hotels I have stayed at in the area.

The staff is very helpful and appreciative for my business. I enjoyed the comfort of the semi-plush suite with many conveniences of home with a nice sitting area. The breakfast was good with several options - the sausage was excellent! There is a pool and a computer center to top off the convenience factor.
