The public areas were nice and clean. Express Breakfast was excellant.
I called three times to make sure that we had pak and play or baby bed for two of the three rooms I rented and they assured me that they would take care of this. They did not help with this at all.
They did not seem concerned that they had failed to provide us the service requested. It was a serious inconvenience for my family.

They have very clean rooms and plenty of channel choices in the TV.
The wifi was very slow.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I couldn't ask for more. Great customer service.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast was good. Near the airport for an early flight.
I was traveling with my children and the pool was closed for cleaning. What we offer beside the pool, which was fine.
Overall I was pleased with the hotel. Very clean, very comfortable, the free breakfast was very good. We were only there one night, but it was worth the week.

Awesome free breakfast.
Parking was inconveniently far.
This hotel was about what I expected it would be - okay. The room was clean and the shower was wet. The room was extremely tiny, but we just wanted a place to crash after arriving at DIA late at night and not wanting to drive the 80 miles home. For our purposes it was adequate. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good.
