The rooms were very nice, all clean. The bed was comfortable, good tv, and convenient location in town.
The walls were paper thin. The sound of the doors closing reverberated in the rooms enough to wake you. We were unfortunate enough to have a group on intoxicated people come in at 2:30 am and party for about an hour til they settled down.

Awesome room that could sleep 6. Convenient free hot breakfast. Free WiFi was very convenient.
No complaints.

Very clean room and facilities. Late check in was appreciated. Breakfast area is a little small, but seemed big enough for this hotel. Very happy with stay. Seemed like a nice area and hotel, but, don't get me wrong, I do not recommend this location for trips to the DC area - the route through the mountains was a bit too swervy.

Could not sleep because of loud noise, sounded like a compressor running all night. The hot tub was broken and there wasn't a very nice breakfast bar.

Lighting in the parking lot could be improved.

Clean rooms and fairly quiet for a hotel. Nice downtown location with easy walking to several restaurants.

Cleanliness, fitness room, and pool.

This hotel was an excellent choice for the price! The room and public areas were clean. The furniture and other amenities (television) were modern and the continental breakfast was tasty including omelets. Wi-Fi strength was not very good in rooms, but overall, I had a great stay!

Hotel still maintains smoking rooms.

The Holiday Inn Express in Elkins, WV is very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractant was being assigned a smoking room.
