the room was alright, and the employees was great.
The bathroom shower and tub wasn't very clean. The shower had soap scum on it. The air condition nob was missing which makes it a challenge to adjust the air.

Location is fantastic and the parking wasn't to bad.

Rooms were a little dated in the decor. Staff was excellent in meeting our needs and answering our questions.The Hotel was kept very clean except for a slight smoke smell in the hallways.

We would stay at this hotel again if we cruise out of Jacksonville. Very close to the port and the shuttle service was reasonable. We had flown in but if we had driven the cruise package is very reasonable and can actually save you money since they let you keep your car at the hotel while you cruise. At current prices you get the room, a very nice breakfast, shuttle to and from the port and park your car during the cruise for only slightly more than parking at the terminal would cost. ...read more

I like that the hotel was clean, warm, inviting, and offered continental breakfast.
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't enough parking for all of the guests.

Hotel was a little off the beaten path, but eating establishments and shopping were readily accessible within 10-15 minutes from I-295. If I were going on a cruise, it would have been the perfect hotel to stay at since the cruise terminals were within minutes away and the hotel provided shuttle service. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very customer oriented.
Their street is located on both sides of the interstate so if you happen to get off on the wrong side!

Had a good stay here, however we did get off on the wrong side of the interstate and did find the street that they were supposed to be on but little did we know that their street appears on the other side of the interstate as well so we spent 20 minutes trying to find the hotel. This would have been really bad for us if it was late at night.

I could hear the peple in the next room. using the bathroom, sneezing, coughing

Everyone was helpful. they made sure my elderly mom had a room that accomodated her.
