The lady on duty at the time of checkin was not the person you would want to represent your business, she was obviously overwhelmed with the check-in process and did not understand third party pay process. In our room there was still trash in the bathroom
Did not meet the usual standards of a Holiday Inn express

Easy to find, easy to park.
Bathroom fan was noisy and seemed about to break down, there was trash in the hallway/vending machine area and it sat there for 3 days.

There was trash in the corner of the 3rd floor vending machine area. It sat there for 3 days. Bathroom fan was very loud and sounded like it was falling apart.
Need to work on cleaning.

New spacious hotel on the East side of Lebanon.
The drive from the hotel to Hershey Park is mostly on 25 mph roads.
This is nice, quiet hotel with large rooms and bathrooms.

Everything. For my Business purposes it is a fine hotel.
I liked everything. For family, this particular hotel may be somewhat far from Hershey attractions.
I had
gone to truly enjoy the Holiday Inn Express hotels. As a business traveler, these hotels exceed all of my expectations. Holiday Inn has gone to great lengths to make these an upscale experience.

Clean rooms, awesome staff, great breakfast.
Beds were way to hard for comfortable sleeping.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Our kids loved playing in the pool. The breakfast was awesome. Our room was very clean. The only problems that we encountered were the insanely firm beds.

Breakfast was great, room decor was nice.
Mattresses in plastic covers you could hear and feel through the sheets.
Comfortable accommodations, continental breakfast was more than expected. A little pricier than why I usually pay for similar accommodations in other areas and I didn't find this area to be any more expensive in any other way.
