Great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the air conditioner it didn't work my first night, I let the front desk know about the issue the first time they said it was fine when I got back to the room it still was not cooling. They sent someone else up later they determined the problem which I guess had something to do with the thermostat. They made it so the unit could be used manually but I had no way of adjusting the temperature I could only shut it off or change the fan settings. ...read more

The pool and spa area were very clean and nice. The hotel is located right off the highway and is close to shopping as well as downtown. The breakfast area was clean and the food was adequate.
I wish the beds were more comfortable, their typical hotel beds.

This hotel is perfect for a short business trip or needed stay in Manchester. It's very clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is adequate. The pool and spa area are very nice. The location is great, it's right off the highway and near shopping, restaurants, and downtown.Plus this hotel is dog friendly!

I always stay here when I'm travelling. I can park my car and get a shuttle to the airport am and pm, and always have wonderful staff to help in any way and get me to where I need to be on time.
I loved everything. Including the more-than-continental breakfast - nice surprise!

I have always had a great experience at this hotel. 10+ years running!

The breakfast is far better than I expected. They provide omelette and biscuits with mushroom sauce. The food is always hot.
The swimming pool is a bit small.

For the price I paid, I think this hotel does worth every penny of it. It provides the best breakfast for the same star-rating hotel I have been to. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Brightly lit hallways, public spaces and bathroom in the room; we liked the hard/soft pillow combination on the bed
3rd floor room was noisy which may have come from the HVAC system on roof. In room heating system was difficult to control to maintain even heat

We were there because of Hurricane Sandy. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and as relaxing as possible. These people deserve an A+. They picked us up from the bus terminal and took us to the hotel.

Excellent location. Excellent staff. Excellent facilities.

The sink and vanity area were a bit small.
