Overall, the hotel was fine. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly, but the one who checked us out was rude. If the beds were more comfortable, I'd come back here.

Great hotel with free breakfast, free internet in room and free parking lot. It is a great place to stay shortly since it is expensive. Overal it is good.

The signage to enter the driveway of the hotel is WAY TOO SMALL! Please get a better sign! But everything was very nice. It's a shame that there was only one person staffed for the breakfast. And it's not anyone at at the hotel's fault, however there were so many people in the hotel the night we stayed there, and the people were the RUDEST people ever!

Overall, it was a good stay. Except the friendliness of the staff who really need to show at least a smile to the customers!! Also, it was too far from the beach (Ocean Dr.) and we needed to drive 30 minutes everyday going and coming back from the beach. However, given the price I paid (less than $70 per night) it was fair enough.

Although we got lost the staff was very helpful in getting us to the right place, but when we got there he looked, like he was busy with other things but he was very helpful we got there late so we couldn't use pool and we left very early in the morning.

We were told by the manager to park in a handicapped space because 18-wheelers took up the entire lot. I complained and was given an additional night free of charge. So we came out OK. But had to risk a $250 fine.

For the price, I enjoyed my stay. It is located right off the expressway. The rooms was larger than I expected. It felt like a suite. There was a sitting area, microwave, refrigerator, and sink for food prep. There were paper plates. That was a nice touch. I did not expect to find all of that in a Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was decent. It was not the best, but good enough for the price. ...
