The location was excellent.
The area had an unsafe feeling and the rooms were sub-standard.
The first impression was not good. The exterior was very dirty. The desk clerks were wonderful, however, and very helpful in assisting our travel plans. The room was a suite, not a room, with too much wasted space for our needs. It was badly in need of updating and the bathroom was in bad need of scrubbing! The bed was comfortable and clean and we were only there for 2 nights, touring during the day, so it sufficed.

Room was a dump. Hotel itself (breakfast, staff, etc. ) decent enough. They appear to be in the middle of renovations.

On a main street with excellent bus service and connections to the Airport and other parts of the city. An adequate place to stay; comfortable beds Good flat screen TV and channel selections.

Location, breakfast free with good variety, kitchen in room.
Mattresses were firm, but comfortable; linens for extra bed were old.
Very friendly staff. Upon late night arrival, groundsman offered my son (6yrs) hot chocolate. We left for dinner, and upon returning, the hot chocolate was waiting for him! Large rooms with large kitchens. Breakfast was hot and had large dining area. Courtyard outside was fun for playing in the snow (and I imagine would be great in the spring/summer). Sliding window/door in room would also be nice for spring.

I liked the kitchenette that in our room. It allowed us to save time and $ cooking our own meals and saving valuable time for sightseeing.
