The breakfast at the hotel was great. It wasn't anything too fancy but had good variety.
The rooms felt a bit like dorm rooms but that was what I expected given the descriptions.

Similar to Extended Stay America Hotel with bigger rooms and better breakfast.
No Cooking Station in the kitchen.

The location was excellent.
The area had an unsafe feeling and the rooms were sub-standard.
The first impression was not good. The exterior was very dirty. The desk clerks were wonderful, however, and very helpful in assisting our travel plans. The room was a suite, not a room, with too much wasted space for our needs. It was badly in need of updating and the bathroom was in bad need of scrubbing! The bed was comfortable and clean and we were only there for 2 nights, touring during the day, so it sufficed.

missing 'do not disurb / please make up room' sigen, missing lighbulb, door didn't close automatically, door left open by maid
great location near to Old Montreal, good quality, good price, parking very limited at hotel - outdoor $18/day available nearby.
