Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Muskogee

Seems they could follow up on room maids and get the job done. At least follow up with us as the choice is to big around them to let them happen.
Can not tell them how to run or manage their hotel but it sure seems someone dropped the ball on our room... They did say that night they would move us but were Full. One might think since they are full alot it does not matter. We all know the rooms are sold one at a time. Check this Boutique Hotel out www.parkavenuevillas.com that we built, own & manage. Over 65% of our customers come back at least once a year or more. Could it be we do something right? I wonder what their repeat % is? Maybe they can just coast along letting this happen, it would never happen in our place. We go to Muskogee at least 1 a year and have stayed with them before but this was a Big let down.

Very, very quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed it all! The red blinking light on ceiling was somewhat distracting and disturbed my sleep.

Great location and impressive guest relations. The staff here really make you feel like you're important to them. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! Pool area was nice and work out room was modern. The breakfast was also very good. Will stay here again!

This is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I will always use this hotel when I am in Muskogee from now on.

Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Called our room to make sure everything was okay. Was very nice to our great granddaughter who was traveling with us. The rooms were delightful, clean and cheerful with all the amenities we wanted (refrigerator, microwave, necessities). The room even smelled good!! The pillows were great and beds comfortable---and I am a restless sleeper, but I had a great nights sleep. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. ...read more
