Family Traveling with Young Children
It was ok but not worth the money. No alarm clock in the room so we didn't even realize the time change for daylight savings time and they wouldn't make an exception and give us the comlpimentary breakfast. There was a light bulb out in the bathroom. They took 2 hours to bring up new toilet paper. Not happy about the stay!

This is a very pleasant facility, clean and new, and everything works. Sometimes the best surprise is no surprise at all, and we had no surprises, just a pleasant stay.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The best thing about this hotel was the location. The room looked newer, but we were finding that it wasn't all that clean. The girl who checked us in couldn't answer some questions I had, and it was extremely noisy! Not just other guests, but the staff yelling down the halls and letting doors slam, (we were located next to staff area) and all we could hear was the highway.

This is a great hotel, I stayed for 5 nights and it was great, very clean, staff was friendly. Not like a grand but a very good, clean and modern kind of hotel. Price was a little much but still very worth it.

Overall this hotel is very nice for the price. The staff is pleasant and the free breakfast is worth it. The variety in meal selection was impressive. I really liked the "king suite." The room was spacious and clean.

When I booked my hotel I was given a different price than was i charged. Ii called to ask why and was told i was charge 12.5% tax. I dodnt understand because i do live in florida. I was tranferred to a general manager whom I left a message and they have not returned my call. When someone is traveling expecially with kids we have a budget on rooms and rentals and there is no way in hell I should have been charged that much tax. ...
