We forgot our childs treasured "blankie", when we called they had it and sent it to us no questions asked!
The noise from the freeway too loud in our room.
Just perfect for what we were looking for. Would stay again, definitely.

Very clean, and maintained very well.
There is only 1 elevator for the whole hotel.
Very nice hotel for the star rating, I was pleasantly surprised at how everything in the room was updated and comfortable and clean.

Very nice room, the kids loved the pool.
We could her everything in each room up and down and beside us.
The hotel was in a good location. Close to the interstate. An indoor pool we all enjoyed. The walls were not sound proof we could hear from the room above and below as well as on each side. An alarm clock went off at 7:00 am Sunday. We were up it was just the sound coming from the room next door that bothered us. All in all a nice place for the price.
