Great location (off the main road but visible from the road) and the only hotel out of 4 in Picayune that I would even think about staying at. Microwave and refrigerator in room.

This was my 2nd stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express in Picayune. I have family in the area and was glad to have an option other than the older motels in the area. The motel property was well maintained, the rooms were clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate, not your "Continental breakfast" of pastries and juice. The staff was more than accommodating. I left my cell phone in the room and was able to return several hours later to find it at the front desk! ...

didn't get a chance to eat their breakfast was in a hurry.
Asked for ear plugs and the lady at the counter told me exactly where to get them and was very informative of the whole area very impressive.

Very clean, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are roomy with comfy beds. Free breakfast includes lots of items even hot items such as pancakes, eggs and sausage.

Family Traveling with Teens
I made reservation for 3 nights for 2 people. The hotel was a clean and family friendly. However, my 1st night was horrible. I paid for a suite in which they had sold. They gave us a standard room for that 1st night and then made me check out the next day @ 12:00 noon and check back in after 3:00pm for our other 2 nights in our suite. So we had to pack up and walk the streets until 3:15pm. The other 2 nights were good. They had a totally different staff and they were very nice and friendly. I just don't understand why a hotel would make you check out and check back in because they had sold our suite and had to give us a regular room. I truely believe that we would not have been able to check back in @ 3:15 if we had not keept pushing them. All the people that had problems with this hotel this weekend 7/1-7/3 were priceline customers. All other customers came in and got their rooms quickly.I think we were treated this way because we were priceline customer. And that's ashame! ...
