The staff was very friendly to my family.

The check in staff member did not follow through with what he said he was going to do. Check out staff member had to take care of the loose end he forgot.

Overall, great experience. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family to go to anytime.

Housekeeping staff was pleasant.

Loud,terrible breakfast, not at all what was expected.

The hotel was loud, you could hear everything in the hall the next room, upstairs etc. The beds are very tiny, and the air conditioner did not work. Neither did the television.

Breakfast was very good.

Only one elevator in hotel. It was out of order on two separate evenings. Suggest preventative maintenance be performed between midnight and six am to prevent breakdowns during the time that most people need them.

The hotel was very clean.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

I would not recommend this hotel for anyone with the slightest of back problems, you may have a hard time getting up in the morning if you sleep at all.
